Admissions Information

Prior to arriving at the clinic, we ask individuals to call and complete a brief phone screening with one of our counselors.
After your phone screening you can walk into the clinic as early as the next day!

On day of intake, you will need to bring:

A Valid Photo ID

(this can include driver’s license, library card, or even a Costco membership!)

Intake Process

The intake is comprehensive and includes assessments with a counselor, nurse, and doctor. You can anticipate the process lasting 3 hours. This can seem long, but it gives us a chance to know you and you to know us! At the end of the intake your recovery journey will begin. You will be medicated SAME DAY!
