About CAP Quality Care
Compassionate, Expert Care for Opioid Use Disorder
At CAP Quality Care, our experienced team provides evidence-based treatment for opioid use disorder in a compassionate, respectful environment. Our clinics are staffed by doctors, nurses, licensed and certified drug and alcohol counselors, and dedicated administrative professionals who work together to support each patient's treatment and recovery goals.
At each clinic, members of our leadership team have been with CAP for a decade or more. This experience gives us the knowledge and expertise to provide consistent, high-quality care to the communities we serve.
Our medical providers have extensive experience treating opioid use disorder and are committed to providing individualized, evidence-based care. We offer medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD), including methadone at all of our locations and buprenorphine treatment at our Illinois clinics. Our goal is to make effective treatment accessible while providing the support patients need to work toward greater stability and long-term recovery.
Maine Clinic
Our Maine clinic is located at 1 Delta Dr in Westbrook, ME in the greater Portland area. We serve individuals living in the Portland area and as far away as Bridgton in western Maine and Boothbay Harbor in the midcoast.
Westbrook: Clinic medicating hours are Mon-Fri 05:30-11:00 and Sat 06:30-10:00am. The clinic is closed on Sundays.
Illinois Clinics
Our Illinois clinics are located at:
4954 Main St Downers Grove and 609 North Wells St Chicago.
CAP of Downers Grove: Clinic medicating hours are Mon-Fri 5:30-10:00am and 12:00-1:00pm and Sat 7:30am-1pm. The clinic is closed on Sundays.
CAP of Chicago: Clinic medicating hours are Mon-Fri 5:30-9:00am, 11:00am-1:00pm and Sat 7:30am-1:00pm. The clinic is closed on Sundays.
